You have to find some instructional materials that for you is so much usefull and more effective for the learners but as a teacher you have to think also how to use it well because the instructional materials can be the best provided it helps you to accomplish her/his intended learning objectives. You should teach also how to used it well and not for the bad things....

Everyday each of us acquires new concrete experiences. The best will be striking a balance between concrete and abstract,direct participation and symbolic expression for the learning that will continue throughout life.
Cone of experience so it should have a combination of sight, sound,smell,touch and taste. If you teach the learner,then you can use verbal symbols, educational television, radios, pictures and etc.so that their experiences from your class are usefull and attainable for them.....

Systematic approach is an instructional de3sign of instructional assessment tools and appropriate methods to use for the learners and if it is attainable or not. Before that, you must also think or consider first the needs, background, interests and developmental stage of the students in order for you to find some ways, strategies and instructional methods or materials to be used.

in Learning

As what the constructivist approach, technology is a learning tool to learn with, not from. So meaning, we will make the technology as a partner to learn more not or we need to work or just learn by doing with technology not from technology.
 If you learn with the technology therefore, it can help you also to gather, think, analyze and construct meaning in what technology presents. You're more knowledgeable enough with technology.

TECHNOLOGY:Boone or Bane?

Yes it is true that technology has advantages and disadvantages. It is a bane because as what I've learned and observed especially students, they are just playing in the internet instead of studying or attending classes. Some more, you can depend also with your friends if you have research work and you can cheat through cellphone inside the class and lastly, you can "copy" "paste" from the internet as easy as that.

It is also a boone because we can do which could not do then. With cellphones, webcam and other gadgets then we can now communicate with our love ones who is far away from us and technology is the way to make our work and our life more easier as we could.

Now I can say that Educational Technology is a very broad term because it is a science or application of scientific findings in our method procedure of working in the field of educational in order to effect learning. Furthermore, technology is very important because it is also a profession that used all human inventions for teaching to realize their mission to teach in order that students will learn.
